really didnt expect to like this as much as i did, i put it off for so long cuz the premise/cover looked super generic to me with a super insane rich tall big handsome ceo ml + an aloof ex gangster mc. but i loved all the characters, the mc is my baby i find him very relatable, the story is interesting and emotional without being incredibly angsty, hilarious at times, the revenge is satisfying, really solid series without too much smut. great writing and great chemistry

the definition of yearning. pretty much pure pain and agony for the majority of the time but wraps up with a happy ending...on paper its like ok girl amnesia/rags to riches but its executed in such a lovely melancholic way that you really feel part of the summer that they lost. and the way its drawn really lends itself to how emotional and divided between past and present the story is. love it and def have to reread

Very gritty feel, heavily focused around crime, prostitution, corruption, politics. Wraps up nicely with a happy ending, solid art…overall an entertaining read but for whatever reason I just never connected much with any of the characters including the mc and ml. P much everyone is morally bankrupt and I just ended up feeling bad for the villain (the ex prostitute who uses mc and ml as pawns) in the end. Just not my favorite, didn’t feel the chemistry

This came highly recommended but I genuinely found the whole thing disgusting, I love psychological and horror elements as well as showing unique views of mental health and trauma but naw I can’t do this. Had to force myself to finish it just to see it thru to the end and felt sick the whole time. Also why does yoon bum look 12 years old…? I get that’s the least of anyone’s concern in a series full of murder rape abuse incest etc but still. Not technically a bl, I know

I’m gonna keep it real I found most of the plot dreary and boring. I’m not really into the whole gang/mafia drug smuggling power struggle dynamic. The top is definitely autistic or something as well and came off more bland rather than yearning to me. That being said even though I formed no real attachment to any of the other characters or the story, I liked it overall solely due to Jin being sexy. I’m sorry I cannot form any more thoughts on this series beyond this

Total train wreck but considering how freaky both the mc and ml are it somehow ends up cancelling out and becoming wholesome not really. I have an inexplicable soft spot for this series, maybe it’s just nice to see an mc be as insane as the ml for once. Very gross and weird overall but I enjoyed it and will probably reread when I’m feeling gross and weird

Extremely rough start but ends up being surprisingly wholesome. Mc is pathetically obsessive which drives the storyline, didn’t care much for the entire taking down the comically evil and perverted artist plot. Regardless, really enjoyed the character development throughout the series and the interesting mind game dynamic between the mc and ml. They lacked p much any romance until the end but always maintained great chemistry, was hesitant on the artstyle but it def improved/grew on me

Picked it up cuz it looked wholesome LMFAO genuinely the most ragebait dumpster fire series. Most beautiful design ever wasted on an actually irredeemable war criminal ml that only Netanyahu would like. But somehow the mc (and his chud bff Jennie that drives the horrifically bad revenge plot) is such a hopeless pathetic spineless wishy washy and useless person that I almost begin to empathize with an actual criminal. Just an actually mind boggling story. Love the art though…
