An auto-biographical manga that tells the story about Kaoru Ooshima's life. Kaoru is an ex-porn "actress" who is what they call an "otokonoko" (which is translated to "girlyboy"), a very feminine man that looks and dresses like a woman. It shows, between other things, him and his partner exploring their gender identities.
This manga is a very interesting story. Personally I think it explores gender in a way that's too heteronormative, but it's still interesting to read about the main character trying to figure themself out. It's full of analogies and has some horror elements.
It's a story about the friendship of two women who share a house, one of them being a trans woman. It's, unfortunately, a very short manga with not much development, but still nice to read.
A BL manga in which the main character explores his own identity, finding out he truly enjoys crossdressing.
Hime is a cis girl who is best friends with Akira, a trans girl. Hime is totally supportive of Akira, and Akira just started to live her life as a girl, doing things like wearing the girls' uniform at school and coming out to everyone as a girl. The story is about these two girls and how they deal with their feelings and the challenges Akira has to go through in her high school days.
This manga is about four sisters, one of them, Kashiwa, just recently has started to live as a woman and is still in the process of being accepted by her sisters. The story focuses a little on each sister and since it's a short manga it might not feel as complete as it should be. But it's interesting to see how their relationships develop, specially Kashiwa's with her sisters and her girlfriend.
Oscar is a woman who was raised as a man by her parents because they didn't have any male child and her dad wanted to have a son in the military. She has given up on her feminity in order to fulfil her duties, always dresses as a man and seems to have given up her life as a woman completely. Between other plot points, we get to follow Oscar's story, and how she deals with her asigned gender and her life in the military.
This manga tells the story of multiple intersexual characters and their struggles to live with their bodies, gender identities, and other people's thoughts/opinions on them. The main focus is on Haru, an intersex boy. We get to follow his life since his birth until his adult life, and we get to see all of his struggles with his gender identity and his intersex body. It's all written in a very sensitive way.
This manga tells the story about a person with dysphoria who hates their male body. We get to see their struggle with their identity and the love they feel for their long-term friend. It's not a happy story, but a very introspective one and it has some lines that might trigger dysphoria, so read it with caution.
Vol. 11 - Chapter 1: Cotton Candy Love (Oneshot)
Chiaki is a trans girl who started to live as a girl recently. She was being bullied by some classmates, when Kiyoka, an adult, saved her. We get to see a bit of Kiyoka's story, and see a little bit more of Chiaki, and how she perceives herself as a girl. It's very short, unfortunately, so it feels rushed, but it's a nice read.

Thank you. Your reviews are absolutely helpful.
Glad to hear that!
For paros no Ken, I think the mc is in fact non binary. Since they "have both the heart of a man and woman"
I’ve been looking for some manga that deal with Trans/ non binary/ gender fluid people! Thank you!!
Great list! Udagawachou De Matte Yo is such a great favorite!
