Wind Breaker is a shounen manga about a school full of delinquent boys, but instead of being bad boys, they fight to protect their city! The kids at the top of school are Umemiya ("the" top), and The Four Kings - one of them is Tsubaki-chan, a crossdressing gay boy! He first appears in chapter 38, but we only get to know more about him from chapter 61 onwards. He identifies as a man, as stated by the author, but dresses in feminine clothes and uses feminine terms to refer to himself.
