Colorless Girl focuses on different students in an Art School. The main one, that gives name to the manga, is Aoi. Are they a girl or a boy? They're not sure yet, but they know they love wearing feminine clothes. It's a very slice of life, easy read, about life, future, gender and sexual identity, gender presentation, etc. Later on we also see the story of a trans boy.

Volume 2, Chapter 7 - Hishida's Holy War (Parts 1 & 2)

Picasso helps a trans girl in his class to accept herself and to be accepted by others as the girl she is.

There is a trans woman among the regular characters, she's called Hikari Kuina. She first shows up in volume 4.

This manga has a live action series that is also very good, it includes a scene with Kuina and her father in the last episode that doesn't exist in the manga that I like very much.

Kazuma meets Akira in college and falls in love at first sight... but he can't tell if Akira is a boy or a girl, and neither can their friends! As the story goes, we see Kazuma's figuring out what it means to be a man, and if Akira's gender really matter for him.

A great manga about gender non-conformity and refusing stereotypes.

Last Gender takes place in Bar California, a club where people of all gender identities and sexual and romantic orientations are welcome. We see the stories of multiple characters dealing with multiple struggles related to their identities, and also how they find happiness and acceptance.

A romcom between a very tall man who loves crossdressing and cute things and a short tomboy girl who loves "boyish" things. It's really sweet and questions gender roles and what is to be "manly" or "girly".

Biographic manga about a non-binary author and how they made their decision to have top surgery. Talks about their experience, from planning the surgery to what happened afterwards.
