Zombieland Saga is about an idol group formed with zombie girls. One of them, Lily, is a trans girl, and her identity is fully respected by the other members and the manager once that fact comes to light.
(I haven't read this manga yet to add possible TWs, but I've watched the anime it was based on and it's very fun and Lily is a great character)
Starts on page 50 - the oneshot called "Apron and Sunglasses"
A story about a trans woman and a younger guy she met in a bar. It's short and sweet, left me wanting more tbh. CW: it's from the 90s so they use the word "transexual" to refer to the woman.
Chapter 3 - So I Can Be Myself -A Long Dream-
Hikaru is a trans girl who falls in love with a hairdresser who asked her to be his hair model. She also faces transphobia from her classmaters and thanks to them starts believing her own friends actually pity her for being who she is. But the happy ending comes.
TW: transphobia, dysphoria
A very short (2 chapters of 5 pages each) doujin about a boyish girl and a girlish boy, both very well resolved about their identities. The girl has a crush on the boy but he said they should start out a friends. It's a very silly doujin tbh but I liked it. From the same author of Bokura no Hentai.
One of the main themes of this manga is to find your own identity. There are multiple characters trying to find their "absolute selves", some are full of metaphors and analogies, others are more literal. One of the characters is a canon intersex person who presents mostly male and uses he/him pronouns but doesn't really see himself as either a man or a woman. There's also a crossdressing character.
(Translations to Portuguese and Spanish have been completed)
One of the characters belong to a race where people are born sexless/genderless, only changing when reaching adulthood, and they want to become a man to escape from the life women usually have in their planet. Another character belong to a similar race, but their body didn't develop a sex and they remained genderless/sexless in their adult life.
Trans female character. Initially presents as a woman, later presents as a man, then says either way to refer to her (ms or mr) is fine and has an androgynous look, but in a Q&A extra where she's "interviewed" she confirms that she is a woman. She is not a good person though so if you only like trans rep when it comes to characters who are good people you might want to skip this one.
TW: misgendering, use of the word "transvestite", use of the r slur
I haven't read this one, I only watched the Japanese drama adaptation (Roppongi Class), but I know the trans woman character who is part of the main cast is also in the original webtoon (and in the Korean drama adaptation too) so I'm adding it here. I can't talk about the webtoon itself tho.
Another autobiographical manga about a transgender woman and her path to get SRS.
The translation has been completed and can be found here: https://dynasty-scans.com/series/goodbye_chinchin_welcome_manman_i_wanted_to_be_an_office_lady_so_i_had_srs
From the same author of Okaeri Alice. I feel like anything I say about this one could be a spoiler, so I won't say anything. It's not difficult to find reviews and such if you don't wanna get in blind, though.

Thank you, I'm glad you like my list!! I'll take a look at yours for sure, thank you for telling me!!
Thank you. Your reviews are absolutely helpful.
Glad to hear that!
For paros no Ken, I think the mc is in fact non binary. Since they "have both the heart of a man and woman"
I’ve been looking for some manga that deal with Trans/ non binary/ gender fluid people! Thank you!!
Great list! Udagawachou De Matte Yo is such a great favorite!
