So...yeah. Just as the title implies, the mc was originally an emperor who had fallen into a well, and now he’s a superstar of the modern world.

The mc used to help out this “piggy” back when he was younger and even promised marriage at times. Though he does not remember, in college, “piggy” comes back new and cool with a determination to win mc’s heart.

The mc’s best friend is a vampire. One day, the mc is bitten by his best friend and turned into a half-blood, someone who acts as a “blood donor”. New to this strange vampire world, mc seeks to understand his best friend, even building a “stronger relationship”.

The first mc, Shou, is the leader of the gang “VOICE” which was created so that he could get strong enough to stand by his hero, Shina, who had once saved him from bullying during high school. However, even though Shou is much stronger now, he’s too shy to talk to Shina properly so he keeps on rubbing off on him the wrong way.

Seriously, this girl is just constantly being discriminated. I don’t even know what to even say. She’s a good doctor on healing poisons, but the people who don’t like her are just seriously annoying.

The mc has PTSD after a certain trauma from an event caused by a person jealous of his talents. There’s also this other guy that is trying to have him regain his former glory, and he can read all minds except mc’s.

After dying without being known in this world, God takes this salaryman and allows him to pick any additional attributes, which are considered “gifts” in the new world, which only 1 out of 100 000 of the population can get which even allows them to become really powerful. So, imagine how powerful this newly reborn Takeru is as he enters this world.
