Great BL for people who love a comedy-centric based storytelling and narrative. Mc is funny and doesn't take bullshit when he sees it and the ml is an introverted goofball who takes things the wrong way in the most hilarious way possible.
The only hunterverse BL I've read as far as I remember. It has gorgeous visuals and solid worldbuilding that shaped both the mcs. Main protag is a hardened young hero who has mental issues (big surprise) and ml is an obsessive person but is more than capable of leaving the main protag alone and ml has built his own life outside of the main protag. Anyway, good read for anyone who likes some good 'ol hunterverse that's also BL.
One of my top 3 for best BL I've read. It's been two years since I've last read it, so the gist of my review is that this is a good read for those who love good court and political intrigue in a fantasy setting, two competent male leads who are trying to get through a broken nation and build it back up. Loved this a lot
My top 1 BL of all time. Intirguing story, intricate worldbuilding, and an overly complicated relationship between the two male leads due to the mc's previous experiences (and more). I've read the novel so I won't spoil much from there, but the manhwa so far is pretty good and the art is amazing.
Really, really good bl but only if you have the mental capacity to remember names and wade through a lot of ancient history (of the characters) to understand the direction the story's taking. In any case, worldbuilding for me is important for a bl to be one of my all-time favs and this one is really good. Also the male leads both had complicated and interesting lives that led them where they're at now. But anyone who decides to read this needs a strong stomach, so be warned.
A bl that's centered around a religious nation and belief system that shaped the male leads and the narrative and how powerful key figures in the nobility exploited that belief system to get what they want. Both main characters went through crap and a lot of political machinations that hurt them and their relationship, so it's interesting to see them try to get throught that too. Also love this due to the setting itself.
This is a comedy-centric bl so romance is not exactly at the forefront, but it is still there. It's a good read if anyone knows a thing or two when it comes to gaming. Anyway main protag is so entertaining and is brimming with personality and ml is deceptive in the narrative but is a cutie pie nonetheless. This bl also treats its side characters and game setting pretty well so props to that
It's more or less a short read compared to the stuff I've read but it's really impactful with its themes of loss and overcoming it to move on with life, with both main characters suffering through loss and learning to heal and move on from it with each other. Both are very caring toward one another and understood each other's pain. It's a short read, but definitely worth it.
My favorite bl in terms of how I loved it and still do. It's kind of a comfort read. It's a slice-of-life bl, but it digs into issues concerning relationships, queer experiences, and even family matters. Both main characters share equal time in the spotlight and the story explores all kinds of themes through their eyes and how this challenges them and their relationship.
