Fun OP protag thing where the world has some internal logic.

Flaws: Ecchi, harem

Fun OP MC story where it still feels like the protag is a character within a world. Has a feel of logic to the world that makes it feel like things exist for their own reason and not just to make the protag OP/for the plot, though that kinda tapers off after a bit.

Most of the stampede arc (except the end of it) kinda boring and conflicts with the logic of the world/story imo

C'mon we all know this one. OP protag with indulgent plot points and nation building.

Flaws: Ass politics, occasional weird gender essentialist stuff that's kinda internally justified but still gross and weird

Like, it's fine, and I can honestly look past the gender stuff if I'm in the right mood. The politics are so baaaaad though. For a story that puts so much emphasis on the political side of things I wish it'd try and do it well.
