ML is a red flag, but is later redeem and reliable enough for the MC.

ML is a big toxic black flag and it appears the creator just likes to torture the MC with surrounding him with the worst kind of people. I dropped it after seeing ML threatening to hurt himself for the MC to notice him.

ML is a red flag, he is a charismatic man, annoying at withholding information from MC but MC makes up for it for being a strong and independent character. Both have flaws but enjoyable read til the end.

ML is a black flag! Very much unstable guy and later becomes unhinged once he becomes obsessed with MC. MC did sort of had backbone with following through his plans but started crumbling apart and folds like a deck of cards for ML. However, you might want to stick around because turns out ML was telling MC the truth.
