i was acc rlly excited to read this but it ended up being rather disappointing

backstory is there but it doesn't explain to me why mc fell for ml lmao. somehow he still has feelings for him a decade later?? js bcuz he got a better look at his face? what has ml even done to deserve those feelings atp? he's been nothing but a douchebag and keeps refusing to take responsibility for the kid

so we're supposed to buy that mc is catching real feelings after a few kisses with a guy he knows dogshit about. and he expects ml to kiss him with feelings?? mind u he literally told himself to treat this like a business transaction five mins ago

the imbalance is crazy here mc can enhance ml's power allowing him to hold his own meanwhile.....

surprisingly good pacing. the ending leaves a lot open to interpretation which feels pretty appropriate for a story like this
