Psychological BL

Nothing will ever beat the feeling of reading this for the first time after only knowing the author for her most popular work... There's something about Syundei's 80s-esque art style coupled with the horror narrative that work together so well—it's hauntingly pretty!

It's not too strong in comparison to other psychological works I've read, but I really like the accomplice dynamic in this story. Romance in really, really bad and fucked up situation (that being homicide) will always be a fun concept.

Still an ongoing work, but the folk and remote area horror so far have been presented real great. The visuals in it are very lovely, the author's style is detailed to the point where its environments come to life—this helps a lot with how important it is to the plot. I'm excited to see how it all plays out!

BL where one of the guys is scared as fuck... Yanderes in concept will always be interesting but kind of difficult to execute if you want readers to like them, I think the love interest here is pretty good in that regard though (for me at least). The art is beautiful and I enjoy how suffocating their dynamic is at certain points. It's engaging so far!

This work is completed somewhere else and I'm not sure what happened to it here, but err disregarding that I really like the grit in this work. There's a unnerving twist that either adds or removes some of the discomfort of this work depending on readers that I really love—genuinely just horrific all around, I recommend it a lot!

Pretty quick, but I did get wow'd the first time I read it from its twist—one really disturbing horror oneshot that's worth a read.

Psychological oneshot I read way back, the art is also pretty 80s-esque! Solid short read, twisted but also not too heavy.

I've read the author's more popular work first way back then, but I do think they're better with shorter length stories like this one. They definitely have the knack in making charming, deceptive characters both in visuals and characterization though. I was drawn into both of the main characters' disturbing natures throughout the story and enjoy how they're kind of made for each other in this way that everyone else is lowkey collateral lmfao.

The rest of the chapters are untranslated unfortunately, but where it stands now is still pretty intriguing! There's a twisting of youthful love that I liked here that's also helped by its art style. I don't think it's for everyone especially with the characters the story chooses to focus on and what they do, but there's a unique vibe this work gives off that I'd like to find in other BL.

One of my favorite psychological BL of all time. I was soooo hooked from start to end—all the obsessive, nasty, and grotesque feelings present within a twisted relationship can be found here. The ending of this work did not fail to wow me, I enjoyed it a lot and would recommend!
