This case is thought to be the same serial killer involved with uke’s best friend (who was murdered and caused the uke’s PTSD).

They falls in love. My description doesn’t justify the greatness of this manga.

Uke does everything so seme can’t have a gf.

But seme ends up having a gf that last 2 months and they had sex all before uke finds out.

Uke is heartbroken and decides that he should do something and has a friend give him a hicky.

To the seme, the hicky means uke has breakup sex with imaginary bf.

To seme’s gf, the hicky means seme can’t have a gf long because he lusts over uke’s body.
