Psycho lovers

The top has some mental issue, he does messed up things to the bottom however the bottom forgets and he is able to purse him normally. The tops main goal isnt just to hurt his partner which is why I put this on the list.

The first part starts from the pov of the bottom who I believe has schizophrenia. He keeps beileveing his boyfriend is manipulating his life and at comments he even understand and how crazy and paranoid he is being. On the other had hand the boyfriend does not help. he will see that the bottom is suspicious of him so his solution will be to have him take his anger out on him but strangling him during intimacy. The middle part is about their time in high school. Third part is from the tops pov.
