Dropped it like no other. This was gross. Didn't feel for both of the main characters and truly don't understand the hype. One guy looks like a little weak kid getting brutaly violated/ raped by this other sick bastard. And they're suppose to be in love or eventually love each other moving past/ forgetting the things that happened. Like how?? gtfo.
Missed the mark with bad ending and trashy character development.
Seriously what is up with this yaoi plot logic. First of all, why does everyone in this school happen to be gay? Second, why are all the ukes so defenseless, weak and annoying? If you can't stand up against them by yourself how about joining forces with the other victims and do something about it. Third, why isn't anyone moving from this school or reporting this to higher authorities? So many questions, my head hurts from reading this weird ass manga.
Ok, so I was expecting a masterpiece after seeing its incredible high rating, but was left in confusion very quickly. The art is amazing, even the plot got me intrigued, but the character(s) were annoying as hell to the point of deciding to stop reading it. I wasn't necessarly annoyed by Alex (the bj) because his behaviour (eventho bad) was pretty consistent throughout the story, but it was his fanboy (DG) who is rather an airhead, which made the story quite repetitive for me.
Liked how the uke is so open about his gay ass (no pun intended), but that was all to it. The fact that the author used this cliche 'weak, silly uke falls in love with the popular strong seme' trope, is what turned me off. Although funny, I couldn't get into the story watching this fragile idiot uke getting it on and possibly breaking his limbs in the process.
Ugh this was f-up. What a mess. I usually don't mind flawed characters and certainly don't go around rooting for happy endings because that's life, but I felt so bad for the people who were involved with these idiots who kind of gotten away with the mess they created. The innocent ones didn't deserve this. This really ruined the story for me.
This manga was so disappointing for me that I was beginning to wonder if I'm the only one in this concidering the hype about it in the ratings and the comments. Yes, Kurose is hot, but is that all there is to this? At first I was drawn to the art style and the unique plot, but I quikly found out that the focus wasn't on overcomming the main's illness in a healthy way, it was all mere smut and sex throughout the story. Very cliche, flat and creepy to boot.
I really wanted to like this one because the plot looked promising touching dark, serious topics such as anxiety, suicide, but the poor choices which the main pairing made left a bitter taste in my mouth. I kept reading to see if it was going to get resolved, but it just kept getting downhill. Hayato should be ashamed of himself for treating the other person (Noboru) the way he did and properly try to fix the mistakes he made. And Shouma should get some serious help.
Yes, the dark haired uke is sexy, but his personality was the worst. For a fictional character not even interesting for a bit and in real life not a relible person at all to start a relationship with. Was getting annoyed by the seme who sees all past that and kisses the ground the uke walks on. Not exciting story and basic annoying characters period.
Porn without plot. Kinda boring.
