So. I really liked what was here so I went looking for the LN. And THEN I really liked the novel. However, it went a bit off the rails. That happens sometimes with an OP MC. But please don't misunderstand. I would recommend the manga wholeheartedly. I would even recommend the LN. I just personally didn't like where it was going in like, chapter 220.
Cute lil reincarnation story
Strong Sci-fi vibes found here. This story is broken up into smaller short stories about the MC's travels. He seems to be changing the world every time he moves, inventing new things and meeting new people. The harem seems to be more like he is having women fall for him everywhere he goes, not so much that he is collecting them.

The background is confusing tbh, but if you ignore that and just enjoy the characters it's a good read
(they say that the MC reincarnates as a person from japan, but it's more like the actual guy reincarnates into his younger self. He uses his future knowledge of events to come, but doesn't use modern science or anything to improve the situation)
