A beautifully drawn story of a boy who learns to accpt himself as well as understand others who're considered "abnormal" under societies laws. Btw I just re-read it, so Im writing this review feeling like absolute dog shit. Dgmw tho, its a BEAUTIFUL story. it establishes the internal & social struggles various lgtbq+ go through rlly well...kind of a must read- HIGHLY rec~

Im sure everybody knows this---- its a thrilling & psychological adventure story with an AMAZING plot that keeps you in anticipation for every chapter. It has an anime (Promised Neverland) but i heard S2 skipped a bunch of shit so i HIGHLY rec reading the manga first- the art in the manga isn't as good but we can look past that right? Ahaha--(edit: S1 ends ch 36)

A guy got his head transformed into a lizard's and lost his memories. To rid himself of the curse, he has to find and kill the caster... and so the adventure begins. This was a surprisingly lighthearted & fun read for a horror/gore type story. The first couple volumes start off a bit slow but it really starts to kick off around vol 4/5 and makes for a great binge(tw: gore, r slur) (edit: has an anime)

So i started reading this out of obligation to its popularity and well... Its good. Nobodys surprised. Speaking of it being good- This has to have one of the Best power systems I've seen in any shounen in a loooong time. I'd say its on par with FMA and Naruto's power systems, i mean its Rlly good. I feel kinda dumb for not reading it sooner.(tw: pedophilia)

A surprisingly informative & cool historical slice of life. It follows a girl who's unknowingly transported back in time to the Sengoku Era. Found out and nearly killed, she is forced to prove her worth by using her knowledge on modern tech and historical events to rise in rank and gain the respect of the Empire. A GREAT binge read! Highly rec~

A one of a kind romance centered around an intersexual mc finding themselves in a world where strict gender roles exist with a fine line defining between what makes a "man" and a "woman". I really enjoyed the realism of the mc's struggles in this story- w/o a doubt the best intersex rep on this site. Highly rec(esp. if you're unfamiliar with intersexuality)

This may be in the sports genre, but it's more of a psychological manga. It's not centered around the power of friendship or family like most sports mangas are, but rather the idea of completely giving yourself to a single passion. I've read work from this author before so i was expecting the beautiful art/symbolism, but it honestly only got better(This is also based on a real person which is cool.)

Wow. What a nice fucking story. Its abt 4 ppl finding peace with their inner turmoil in the setting of competitive ping pong. The realistic approach in both the art style and conflict was rlllly refreshing. How this author managed to write such good, simple, and yet complex characters in just 55 chs is beyond me.(The anime is also a must watch. 11 eps of quality sports animation & thoughtful character arc)

18/10- (😯🌎)
Simply put, its abt a bunch of kids aspiring to be rock stars. And its good. Had to work through the first vol, but the rest was a breeze. Im not even a fan of 90's western rock, but the author's clear written passion for it made it hard not to empathize with the characters. A quality coming of age story imo (it also has anime & I saw a few clips, but erm... the songs sounded better imh tbh). (tw: racism)

A true comedic masterpiece with underlying themes of self acceptance and learning responsibility. Its abt a kid with an overbearing amount of powers who just wants to live normally. Great characters, Great Plot(Some might say the art style is busted but it just adds to the comedic qualities imo(if you wanna see some fight scenes tho, watch the anime)).
