I have to say, I love Mina. My whole heart. I admire MC's work ethic, but he's a pushover and screws up sm. NO ONE is talking about how cruel and dehumanising ML is. He doesn't even deserve to be the ML for treating MC like some lowly object. I been crying since. UP: I'm in love w/ the new wlw secretary. I was in love w/ Sec Lim, but Secretary Cha is sending me. That woman hopping over tables like a ninja for the latest amusement. So there's 3 women I love in this, yet not 1 man I like.

The sense of humour in this is not to my taste at all, and I'm the idiotic type that laughs at anything. The jokes are stupid, cruel, frustrating, forced, annoying and horrible so I just feel angry every time. I've laughed a total of 3 times, very briefly and I have a hard time liking the characters, as a result. I feel sour. Hurray for Nadeshiko-chan. She's so refreshing.

This mother is such trash to everyoneeee, including her daughter, and only lives for her lover and sex, apparently. Absolutely disgusting, immature and refuses to learn from her mistakes. Doesn't deserve love or a happy ending at all. The other mother was totally irresponsible and neglectful. Guess they deserve each other? But if we totally ignore the existence of their mothers, the story was a cute-ish. Nothing much to the story really, but it was more original than most, and funny.

Everything in this is so real and cute. It transformed from tears to a warm feeling in my chest. But am I really a petty, immature and narrow-minded person for not forgiving his mother and for hating the relatives that defended her and called him a child for not wanting to be around her? Him having to forgive her, hug her and comfort because she was depressed is not something I can accept. It felt like I was being stabbed when I saw that. Understand her situation, sure, but forgive her, never.

In terms of romance and sex, this makes me uneasy and grossed out. I quite hate it.
In terms of politics though, the plot is interesting.

There seems to be a lot of influence in this one with religious doctrines. Why do all shounen like these have to have a sick mother in the hospital, dead/waste-of-space father and a little sister to look after? Are there no other family types to draw emotions out of readers or . . . ? I seem to like none of the women in this so far . . . they all give me the creeps, except for his sister, and this has been said not to have any romance, so that's great. Romance in shounen is rarely not annoying.

Oppressive parents are stifling and will clip a child's wings, so staring at the sky will just become painful, unless you use an unorthodox method to get some new wings and know the sky, land and water, so you can know yourself, what you want and where you most belong. Dictating a child's life, expecting full dependence and obedience, is not good parenting. It's a cage and chains.

I wish I got to know more about them, but at the same time, it's just the right amount the way it is. If it were anymore, I would prob cry and feel sadder. It's hard to induce feelings from readers with a story, so it takes that much more meaning and talent for an author to induce as many in such a short story.
