I unexpectedly liked this?? She’s not the usual strong female character I usually read but there’s something about her strength in pursuing her travels that is admirable. And it’s quite realistic too because the culture she’s researching sometimes clashes to what she grown up with and she can’t adapt at all times but she still respects it and doesn’t try to change it.
