This is how an adult that falls in love with an under age girl should act. I don't think is something that should be prohibed this kind of love. But if instead of love is a relation where you have to get something out of it, I find it not ok. But if the guy respects, understands and cherishes the girl, I wish them happiness.

Both protagonist go through a hard time with their families business. They feel oppressed by it and they end up like a dead man walking. One of them even let older men having their way with him so he can escape the feeling of pressure. The meeting of the two boys, who feel the same way, makes their life brighter and they can understand each other in a short amount of time. They'll go through lots of obstacles, but their belief for each other remains strong.
