The love is so pure, so beautiful. Falling in love with each other’s souls will always beat every other confession. 2026 reread- Banger. I think I appreciate this even more now as an adult. I love how these two fall in love and communicate with one another, and the big emphasis on cultural differences was handled in a way that I think bolsters the point of each of their reasonings for falling in love. Just always a great read.
A little twisted, but in an interesting way. Hurt/comfort, healing from past trauma. An older couple, so the outlook is a bit more matured. Wish it had expanded on some of its plot points, but the characters were still developed nicely. 2026 reread- 4 volumes now!! Wow! I think my love for this is that they're both repressed middle aged men who are for the most part experiencing a First Love situation with one another. I love the domesticity and them navigating their relationship so much.
Teenagers and the angsty struggle of falling in love. Classic “let’s not fall in love” but then they do, and it’s great. Their feelings were very relatable as an lgbt teen so very much appreciated that. 2026 reread- I appreciate how simple this one is in retrospect.
Can’t tell if I hate this or love it. The characters are extremely complex and I find myself absorbed in them even though the premise and elements in this story make me very uncomfortable and usually would make me not want to read. It’s not meaningless though and is key to the characters development and actions and traumas. One I would write in depth character analysis for.
Misunderstandings are properly and quickly wrapped up, the love interest apologizes and becomes a genuinely good love interest for the protagonist, the protagonist is very refreshing. Also cute. This is very cute. Supporting characters are cute too. So cute. 2026 reread- Wow I REALLY like this one, even more now with some of my own experiences. This cast and these mains are genuinely so great, Mina was a standout. My previous words still hold up, this one is great!!
Been reading this for 6(?) years. Slow slow slow burn. But wow that character development. Want to tear out my hair but also applaud the author for somehow finding a way to postpone a confession for nearly 300 chapters(still not one at the moment). I enjoyed those chapters though, and all the characters.
Literally just adorable and awkward love and I love it, it’s so cute. Makes me feel so full, it’s beautiful.
A cute one that has a little darkness in it I guess. The symbolism/imagery was cute and a little silly which really made reading it even better. Probably reread this one way more than others that I tend to reread. I like the characters and how their relationship develops. 2026 reread- I frankly wish this had just a little bit more. I'm left wanting, but whelmed, so.
This one just has something about it that feels serene. The development of their love/relationship isn’t explicit or very obvious and there’s a a certain charm to that and how it just happens for them. There’s not pressure, just little nudges and feelings and it’s simple and I like it. I’m also very happy with both characters developing to just reflect the idea of “this is me and that’s all there’s is to it”. 2026 reread- yeah man, I stand by my words. Not bad for ~9 chapters.
Best friends who are actually in love is a weakness of mine, especially one of them being very in love and the other stupidly oblivious thank you. It’s cute, cliched, and I appreciate that.
