RPG-LIKE Part 1

It might not be labeled, but this is shounen-ai. Twins with an extreme brother complex. Pulled into another magical desert world, the older Naito has to find his younger twin Yuto.

The hero was a top leading pharmacist in Japan. But he died one day from overworking himself. He is then reborn as a son of a nobleman that is in charge of the imperial school medicine.
So far so good. His new life seems to be full of magic, and it would be interesting to see how he will use his knowledge of modern medicine in this society.

Kind of like that Disney movie "Wreck it Ralph". In the game, the monsters can think for themselves. A orc mob married a dark elf and their son is nothing like them. The son is very different from his low level dad, and does not want to be suck playing a dungeon mob boss. The son decides to leave home to become a player. The orc dad runs after him before things get out of hand.

It seems to be a intense plot, but the main character is too lay back for there to be any drama right now. Still the progression the plot seems promising.

Full-coloured. The pace is kind of slow, and mundane. At first, it was cool because it was like a dream for all gamers to get a power like that. But like any shounen action story, when girls get involved, things get annoying. Annoying girls and MC is too much a wuss to do anything but go alone with them.

Not that often do you see a girl MC that travels across to an alternate world. MC finds herself in a magical world after being grabbed by a pair of black hand on her way home. After meeting two human knights of the magical world, she gain a title of "Black Healer".
The story is fairly good for the first few chapters. Still have to wait to see how her character will develop as the story progresses.

MC is not a do-gooder. He was killed by his father and he was transported into another world. He was taken in by a granny and he helps her deliver goods. MC has the power to see people's status and uses that to his advantage. In this new world, he is still being abused by the people in the village and MC comes up with a plan to take care of those people for good.

A bit mundane. MC is not doing much exploring of this new world. Mostly powering up.

Has potential. Updates are slow, so it would be better to read the light novel first.
MC doesn't know his past but he is able to possess other living life forms.

In the era where VR gaming have come reality. MC is very powerful, and he met an interesting girl in the game.
