An absolute masterpiece! Shimizu Reiko really outdid herself here: she put a tremendous effort into research and I was so impressed by that! From every little detail, it transpires clearly how passionate she was in creating this story! The psychological aspect and the characters' thoughts and emotions, while having to deal with such horrible cruel cases, were very interesting! Kodomo No Omocha....so many memories!! Everyday when I came back from school I'd watch the anime and Akito Hayama was indeed a part of my childhood: I think he was like the dream of every little girl...you can't deny it xD
But it's not really just a manga for children, cause there are also mature themes, even if in the anime were kind of softened or a little changed. (complete comment at this manga's page)
