Now this aint exactly a game, but the main character travels back and forth in time to being in fifth grade and being an adult. He must save someone, and failing to do that he starts over. Therefore, kinda a game

-Has anime and live action adapt (and theyre both 10/10 but jdrama is closer to the manga)

Haven't read it all but so far we got the MC who got kidnapped by someone and he survives this maybe "trial?", with other people.

-Time travel, I think? Not sure if its humans or objects
-Supernatural creatures that look like nasty big bugs but weirder
-Smart MC
-Art may be a bit rough to look at IMO

(Somehow it's a game, since he's stuck in a time loop and must do something each day to keep moving on.)

Kusakabes sister falls ill and is scheduled to get surgery in august. Sadly Kusakabe finds himself, and his sister trapped in a loop that repeats the day. The sister will die if he doesnt kill someone everyday.

-Lowkey insane protag but thats ok bc I'd prob go insane too in his situation

Like the one above its not exactly the mc thats in danger, but this is the opposite premise of the other manga, bc here he has to kill to return to the past to save someone but he keeps failing.

This is one of those mangas i keep coming back to hahah.
Hasumi Seiji is a handsome, popular and young teacher. Thing is hes just also a bit.... crazy. I'm putting this on the list bc he sees killing people as a game, and also bc from the student's perspective, its about survival :)
