Shes been in treatment for psychopathy (although she doesnt fit the definition of a psychopath (read first chap to understand)) but shes a murderer and definitely insane

Hes not evil, actually good at heart, but he IS a villain. For revenge he has no problem fighting innocent people (although not killing them) and he certainly doesnt have a problem torturing and killing the criminals.
