both character-wise and story wise, this is very well-written. deep topics but told in a very light and enjoyable way. you literally laugh and cry along with the characters. the art is unique and beautiful, too.

story-wise: well-written characters, realistic story, has strong narrative and gut-stabbing kind of poetic. also angst
art-wise: pretty + anatomically pleasing art style. beautiful panelling, lighting, and composition. very atmospheric. expressions are so spot on & art carries the storytelling so damn well.
realistic take on depression. this was literally my comfort read for years when i was depressed.
MCs save each other's hearts during their worst times in life. i hope they live happily ever after.

there's... eerie-ness; unsettling feelings. gripping like claws to my insides & wouldn't let go.
but there's also a little leap of good mood every once in a while.
