Had to include the manga that originally got me hooked to this genre! Though, looking back, it doesn't have the original premise which I thought reading it for the first time. The plot is certainly good though, and it's really well-paced and written. The characters are all likeable and their banter's funny Plus, the "original" MC is not portrayed as bad in order to lift up the villainess/our MC, which I applaud the author for doing. Everything doesn't need to be bla
Sooo adorable! One of the most wholesome things I've read honestly. I'm actually not a huge fan of the tsundere trope but this manga just made me die of cuteness. The "villainess" is too embarrassed to show her true feelings to the prince she loves so her tsundere act gets easily misunderstood. I need more!!
Really unique and fresh take on the "reincarnated into otome-game" genre, since this time, the MC, instead of being the villain is engaged to one (although, it's unclear whether he really is evil or not). The romance is really cute and wholesome. The way the male lead looks at the Mc is too adorable, you can tell she's so loved. I need more chapters!!
Again, I really new and unique take on the otome-game genre. The Mc doesn't go for one of the main capture targets, but instead for one of the side-characters?! I love it! Honestly, quite wholesome. Although, the male lead scares me sometimes…
The female lead is so strong even though everyone in this world are such judgemental A-holes. She faces the hardships yet still pushes forward in order to gain happiness and acceptance. I wish her all the best!!
Honestly, nothing too original in terms of premise, however the characters are so damn likeable and funny. The female lead is so strong and intelligent, I found it so endearing. And the male lead is so attractive with his long dark hair and the mysterious aura of a demon king. It's such an enjoyable read, I'd recommend this to anyone into this genre!
Way too corny but that's why I love it! I guess it's a bit of a guilty pleasure for me tbh.
Short but hilarious! No romance. Instead, the villainess just wants to spend her days leisurely in a comfortable prison-cell, to the annoyance of her ex-fiancé.
Real funny and fresh. Different since it's told from the male lead/fiancées P.O.V. Really cute, comedic and wholesome.
One of the more plot-heavy manga's on the list, as it delves deep into the political intrigues and world-building aspect of the story. There is romance, but it's more of a slow-burn. If you're not into this type of story-telling, maybe this isn't for you. Personally though, I find the story really good, both well-written with developed characters. Especially the MC is strong, beautiful and intelligent, definitely one of my favourite female lead's of the genre.

I am also completely obsessed with this genre (of-sorts), so this really brings me back to my first list (▰˘◡˘▰)
(≧∀≦) Yay! Glad I'm not the only one! But for real though, I think I might have a problem... ╥﹏╥ I'm such trash for these types of stories I can't stop reading them.
I completely understand. I started reading them over a year ago now, and I can't stop looking for more.
