BEST cooking manga I have ever read!! It mainly focuses on italian cuisine. So you will enjoy it more if you had a little bit of knowledge about italian food. But it's not absolutely necessary to savor this delicious masterpiece!! I would also recommend to read it with the sequel "Bambino Secondo" as the story doesn't end here (●'◡'●)
Sequel of Bambino! It's more like a 2nd part of the story rather than a sequel.
2nd best cooking manga after Bambino. As the tag says, it's historical. So if you have a basic idea of Oda Nobunaga's history it would be a more enjoyable read. But don't hesitate to try it!! After all it's a rare combination of delicious food, time travel & gorgeous art!
This one completes my Top 3 cooking/food manga!! Yes, this is the 3rd best cooking manga IMO! Please don't drop it because of the weird reactions or echi contents, like me!! Honestly i never thought i would pick up this manga again but the anime changed my mind. And i am so glad it did!! This is also a must read for cooking manga AND shounen manga lovers!!
I don't know why such a good manga is so less known! Just because it's tagged slice of life doesn't mean that's all there is to it. It a very adorable but informative story of a Loving dad, work alcoholic but still caring mom & their precious little boy and how they cope up with everyday life, work, household duties. That's not easy you know, it's just as much tough as running a huge multinational company! LOL, may be I exaggerated it a bit. But you get what i mea
This is like a cooking shounen version of "Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro". The dark humor makes it a breath of fresh air among all the other serious seinen & typical shounen mangas. That comedy tag is not just for show! You'll be really ROFL while reading this. But not at the cost of cooking/food. Even if you are dying laughing you'll be getting all kinds of information about agriculture, food, cooking methods, management, customer care etc..
The art is beautiful(specially of the food!!), the story is engaging, and above all there food & cooking!! BUT here's only 3 chapters scanlated so far with a cliffhanger
Still it was good enough to maek it to number 7 on my list!! I would gladly recommend it to anyone who is avid food/cooking manga reader!
Extremely under-rated & less known. But 1 of the rare gem among cooking mangas. Only 3 chapters scanlated but it's enough to get you hooked to the cynical yet cute Maruta!
Ok...even though the tag say "shounen ai" there's hardly any BL content. It's just daily life & cooking of a gay couple instead of a straight couple.
FULL COLORED MANGA!! Yeah baby!! BUT, it's mostly about korean cuisine & fusion. So, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. But, the story is pretty good to be recommended.

Sapphire-chan, haven't you read Yakitate Japan? I seriously love the manga + anime. You should try it. ❣╰(⸝⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝⸝)╯❣
I watched the anime several times. But never got around to read the manga. That's why i didn't add it to the list. Do you know where the anime ends in the manga? Baka updates doesn't mention it :(
I don't remember which chapter the anime ends. 。:゜(;´∩`;)゜:。
