It is so heart warming to see that they still are very much in love with each other and while there may be struggles along the way, they do not forget about their love for each other. Very healthy relationship indeed (♡˙︶˙♡)

I LOOOOVE kids they are so cute in mangas ♡ I especially love it in a yaoi genre since it gives it a more wholesome feel ♡(`ω`)♡ If you also like this type of manga, I recommend reading this one. Made my heart melt~
