Stereotypical idea of FMC is reincarnated into the world of a novel as the villainess, but it's AFTER her "downfall" and she sets out to live in peace. Step one? Summon a demon to light a fire so she can be warm. Things go from there. This is really good, honestly it's awesome. The fact the ML spends most of the beginning of the story as a white shiba inu looking dog is nice to.

Tangy, a Marionet Bear, is the MC's adorable "pet". He's sarcastic and has a rude mouth, but he's awesome!
MC was once the top player in a VR game. After quitting and his world being turned upside down he returns to the game intending to make a fortune.

It takes a REALLY long time, like 90+chapters, but Greed does get a pet in the game.
An exceedingly unlucky guy becomes the first person to change into a legendary class within a game. He's a Blacksmith! Thru a lot of events he rises his level, gains friends/guild mates, and gains confidence.

Drastic evolutions in nature has led to the rise of "monsters" in our world. With that also came a new profession, monster trainer! Our MC has a cheat(?) ability that allows him to see exactly how to evolve any monster, and so starts his journey to become the best monster trainer!
As per the description there are a lot of different monsters, with our MC having two right off the bat.

Girl gets Isekai into another world with some kind of power dealing with herbs.

To inherit her family's title/business the MC goes out to find a fiance after the man she thought was interested in her got together with her "sister". She recruits(?) the captain of the paladins!
There's a red cat ... I think it might be a devil or demonic beast judging by ML's reaction to the animal and his proposed name.

Anything can become a dragon if it manages to open it's "dragon gate". For humans, opening the dragon gate means becoming Dragon Masters! Our MC is entangled into a plot involving the crown princess of a city state, and enters into the dragon master academy (still a little unsure as to why). BUT, as of chapter 30 he has 3 dragons!! This definitely belongs on this list.

MC gets transported to another world along with his dog, which he rescued from the street. When he wakes up in the typical forest starting point, he discovers his dog has turned into a giant silver fenrir.
(only two chapters as of the writing of this, so as for plot... there's a girl/romantic interest?)

This is on the list because of the Gryphon that shows up in Ch 8, not because of the white wolf (which is the crown prince).

And we have a baby fire lion/wolf thing!!!! Yes!!
Went looking for something to take over the void of Solo Leveling and this is one of the ones I found. MC goes back in time after dying in a dungeon and decides to do things differently. Unfortunately, or fortunately, his skills are upgraded by the time travel and now his life is spiraling in a new direction as a "raises" high ranked hunters!
