Heart Strings

The first couple is interesting and definitely has interesting character growth. I'm also a SUPER sucker for stories with kids in them. BUT the second couple is the MAIN reason as to why this is my number one angst and heart wrenching manga. With the spin off, you can tell the writing got more intricate and well developed. The layers in the spin off is really beautifully laced together. The characters were give more story, more life, more drive, more personality. The spin off is THE best! 1

Ugh, the angst in this one is real. It painful to even think about. It always gets to me when a character has to hold down their loneliness. That's practically the whole drive of this sequel. Superrr good just like the first one, but more in depth within the relationship. Super lovey dovey and super angsty. We get both beautiful ends of the sticks. 10/10

FRICKS!!!! This one can still get me sobbing and drowning in my tears. 11/10 beautiful read! So much hurt. HNNGGG. The story is really simple and sweet. No toxic characters, super supportive side characters and a romance that is etched in the stars. IT's a beutiful read, I totally recommend if you'e lookig for a couple to fall in love with that have their own struggles.

Super developed well. There's no rushing in the relationship, the plot is gradual without a lot of drama. Super slice of life mixed in with mlm. Shounen ai. Truly recommend if you want something to smile and feel all fluffy about. It the sweetness that gets my heart jumping in loops. 9/10

HIGHLYYYY Recommend you read!! It's a long one, and definitely Shounen ai. BUT!! It's super good. The chracters are built well, the story is built well. The development between the characters are at a consistent pace. AND, to top it off is disability inclusive!! The MC love interest is hard of hearing, and Japanese ASL is very involved in the story. The angst come in with the social and internal struggles of a bl relationship AND an able + disabled person relationship. Super cute!!! De

GAAHHH!! So good!! Really good heart pangs! The kind where they'd sacrifice and hold back their love, because their happiness means more to them. ALSDHALSDKH, such heart aches. Dont worry, it's all good endings though! There are 2 couples: the first ends at chapter 7. I highly recommend the read if you're looking into happy endings with no third party drama. It's all heart ache internally and with the partner. Great read, love the emotion in the art too. 8/10

HNNGGGG this one still pulls at the heart after every read! 8/10. Love the beginning, totally angsty vibes. Funny anf light comedy on top of health characters and situations. No toxicity what so ever tbh. DEFINITELY read if you want somthing nice without toxicity and a really pretty romance plot.

Super short read. But i just LOOVVEEE the way the author draws emotions, so painfully beutiful. Ugh. 8/10 on the level of angst I hurt with. Though the angst is really only 25% of the read. Still good though! I'd reommend this if you want a sweet love story with some bitterness, and a cherry on top of nsfw scenes.

One of the MOST CLASSIC reads. I recommend it just for that. But i truly love the way the author can just get your heart wrnching at certain moments. Loads of tears and couple struggles. Great world build too!! It's not finished and theres still more greatness to come. 8/10 LOVE
