This is such an ideal story of unrequited love, and I love it. It was bittersweet, a bit of heart-clenching, and somehow innocent for the uke in most parts. Now, sensei added the story of the senpai (which satisfies the need to give him a happy ending).
A bit of a PSA: guys if you feel like you live your best friend even just for a little bit, just don’t get a girlfriend. You’ll just hurt her.
I love Aoi and Jirou’s story, but I loved Miyauchi and Kudou’s story. It has a lot more depth and conflict that tugs the heartstrings! Although the first pair’s story was too short, but it’s still good since the character development can be seen while the latter pair’s love story was happening. Jirou changed too much if you ask me. I think the story challenges the idea of fated pair and what it really is. Although, I do love the concept, but I appreciate the debate it sparks.
[Fluffy] I want more side stories!! Thisnis too cute and the journey was so sweet. Not too much conflict, but the emotions were great. I love the artwork, and finally (for the manhuas that I’ve read so far)! A seme who isn’t a jerk at the start of the story who needs a redemption arc. The uke is so precious. And cheers that the he’s treated as a family by the little bro and not the first love (usually that’s how it gors in other manga, lol)
[Slice of Life] This is actually pretty sweet. It’s totes adorbs about how to heal a broken heart.
