Collection of Great BL Reads

Hauntingly beautiful.. I can't count the number of times my heart ached while reading this piece, but I was determined to read on, hanging by that slim line of hope that these star-crossed lovers - a human and an andriod - could be together again. The story of loss and longing, waiting and wishing really brings out all sort of emotions within me.

This was a great laugh, some of the scenes are mind boggling-ly hilarious. Quite the unique and refreshing storyline of a romance between an omega top and an alpha bottom. The falling in love part and meeting the parents seemed a little too easy for my liking but everything else (who goes to work in a helicopter?) is just as unrealistic so I guess I can close one eye. Anyways, it's a really fun and enjoyable read if you're looking for something lighthearted and a bit on the nonsensical side.

Woah that angst came out so suddenly my heart had no time to brace itself for the waves of pain that would come from sympathising with the uke. The story seems very dream-like and shoujo-ish, the art is pretty as well. It's a series of heartaches that stem from past scars and misunderstandings, but the resolution is pretty sweet. I guess what I liked about this piece was how much I felt for the uke even though he's a rather promiscuous figure. All he wants is to love and be loved.

Introducing a love story between policeman and a high schooler, I'd say their journey has a good balance of cliche and realistic elements which sets a great pace for the story. Love how they bonded over food and their eventual union was so worth the wait. The main characters are likeable, feel relatable at times and even the secondary characters complement the storyline quite well. Really enjoyed this, if you're looking for something sweet, this will be the read for you

wow this couple's going to go through a lot of challenges together - from sexual orientation, prejudiced family members and friends, someone out to murder one of them.. Nonetheless, the bond between the two is pretty strong and I'm really rooting for them. Really like the art style

Pretty graphics! This piece is rather cliche but nonetheless really enjoyable. The characters have very distinct personalities, and though the ML is a bit of an airhead and too pure for this world, he's pretty strong in his own way. Looking forward to see more of his interaction with his 4 vampire housemates.

Introduces a romance between a god and servant. Pretty sweet, with hints of sadness as we are made known that the master would not outlive the servant. The art is really pretty

wow this was really heartwarming and I'm glad we got a happy ending by the end of the piece. Presents a man who's ostracised by the villages and lives isolated in a hut in the mountains, he discovers a demon child, decides to raise but frees it only to continuously search for him throughout the years.

Love pieces like this with a slice of life touch to it. The art is great and the narrative is pretty unique! A student is reluctantly hired by a cafe. He not only discovers that the owner is deaf, but that he's turned on by his voice when he speaks. Pretty cute!

[Sequel to Therapy Game] Wow the art is stunning! I love the characters and the storyline is really heartwarming as well. This piece features the separation of a newly appointed vet and his lover due to their jobs and presents the struggles they face such as insecurities and lack of time spent together. Quite a realistic portrayal and a healthy relationship to boot. Looking forward to see more of their journey.
