Its very low key, but he is one. I'd even say FL is more yandere than ML. ML is always looking at and staring at FL and tries convince her that she should like him not his older brother.

FL was even gonna kill the teacher/older brother and herself in the pool, but it was actually the younger brother. Showing how even he was willing to die with her even if she believes its his older brother.

Would recommend Maoujou de oyasumi, it doesnt seem like it but in like later chapters the demon monk turns yandere (spoiler! He makes voodoo dolls of men who interact with the princess, and is even willing to fight his boss the demon king). Romance is pretty one sided so far tho.
