Look at ch.27 for 2nd ML's first actual yandere moment. As MC said, he is a "dog with rabies." He doesn't know whats right or wrong from growing up with the wrong crowd. And (what i think hints at) is his first kill.

Would recommend Maoujou de oyasumi, it doesnt seem like it but in like later chapters the demon monk turns yandere (spoiler! He makes voodoo dolls of men who interact with the princess, and is even willing to fight his boss the demon king). Romance is pretty one sided so far tho.
