FL didn't really consent to the sexual advances and I think she was also rather confused her new female friend is actually a guy cross-dressing (ML). ML crossdresses because he gets chased down by fans and he's a hassle. FL isn't really comfortable around guys so there's that kind of shady that he took advantage of her like that. Their relationship is cute and he looks like he really loves her.
