Absolute Favorites

Aileen post-remembering the routes is such a sweet girl. Her relationships with all of the people and monsters in the Dark Forest are some of my favorite.

- Some name translation inconsistencies, Irene -> Aileen
- The monsters are really cute, kinda don't understand the prejudice against them. Really would have liked that aspect to be explored further.
- One of the later villains had a really strange motivation.

She has an incredibly strong presence even as a 2d character. A nice story, it was more interesting when focusing on bringing their land back to economic health than any of the fighting.

- the art gets a bit of time to get used to, but I do love the overall character designs
- the romance is really quick and kinda ehhhh in the beginning, but i don't doubt their love by the end

Such a sweet romance, simple with just a small dash of angst.

- It would seem like he falls into another world, but it's just another country so you kind have to turn off real world logic there, just assume the king was incredibly sheltered
