Some gore, not censured and a little heavy. It's really different from most part of the bl I've read, actually the fact that they're gay is just a detail. The plot is really good and I loved the character development. Also, the art is just beautiful!! The best I've read so far from this author, but if you like even heavier gore, you should look their other works

if you wanna see dick, this is the manga. Very funny and light hearted, but almost all the jokes are sex related, well look at the title lol
Even tho you see explicit sex scenes with all the side characters (at the same time, sometimes), the main "couple" is very sweet and inocent, and it's very refreshing to read their storie after all the toys and holes and dicks shown through the manga
