Oof ok this one was a personal Favorites ugh I just love all the characters...it's a house full of horny dicks (I feel sorry for the ukes sometimes (Ｔ▽Ｔ) )
It's a fun smutty, uncensored story about a room sharing house of a gay owner who rents out great rooms cheap for eye candy, and the totally filled with sex stories about what happens there. It's more of a comedy, although if you are sensitive to "rape but they loved it" then you shouldn't read it.
