It actually took me a lot of time to find this one.The FL is insecure and afraid of other people in the beginning, but her character grows quite a bit as the series progresses.

Yes I'm aware that some of you might consider this "Shonen-ai" but this is technically a Shoujo manga.
Unlike most Shoujo it has a Male Lead.

Even if you hate Isekai plots you should definitely read this one.
One of the first Shoujo mangas I'd read. I liked this one because it had a capable FL unlike many, many, MANY other Shoujos.

This is quiet, slowpaced romance. Honestly there's nothing here NOT to like. The overall story isn't very entertaining for some, but personally I liked it.

You should read POCHAMANI, the plus is that the FL is mentally strong and chubby, something you don't usually see in the majority of shoujo manga and the ML is kinda a decent guy.

akatsuki no yona is definitely a not miss if u like a strong female lead, definitely my most fave shoujo, highly recommend

Ao Haru Ride. Tho it has some dramas, but I think it's worth it. The story itself a beautiful. A classic shoujo.
Also Orange. Not entirely romance but also psychological.
Cheese in the trap. This one is one of my favorites. Unique story flow. Available on webtoon for free.
Gekkan shoujo nozaki-kun. Hilarious.
Kaguyama-sama: Love is war. Also hilarious.
