Minato is a third year middle schooler with a girly face. He came out of the closet in front of his family and told them that he is gay...since then his mother started bringing him cute/girly things which somehow dissapointed & hurt Minato's feeling. Living beside beach his family runs a bread & breakfast where he meets a new guest Naoki Oisaka whom he started feeling comfortable with.

Fumi and Akira were best friends when they were little, with Akira always looking after the crybaby Fumi, but that all ended when Fumi's family moved away. Several years later, Fumi's family returned. She happened to bump into Akira on their way to school. They became friends again, quickly slipping back into old patterns. Shortly after, Fumi began dating a cool, attractive upperclassman who also had ties to Akira's current school, the prestigious Fujigaya Girls' Academy.

I loved this! I think each decision the characters made were justified by their emotions which were clearly explained. The author chose to center the story around how both the characters dealt with their feelings so yeah I kinda teared up with how frustratingly realistic it was.
**The uke commits adultery and some readers don't like him for that but personally I think the author wrote it well in a way that I never blamed him for it

On his way back from work on Christmas night, Yamada(26) discovers a drunk and crying high school boy and takes him home. That boy was mulling over being in love with someone of the same sex.
