these couples love making everything more complicated. communication is the game and they ain't playing. internalizing feelings, concealing insecurities, love (hate) to see it.
(a list for entire plots built off excessive miscommunication and couples who express their feelings in internal monologues only instead of talking like they should until it's too late).
do i recommend these? eh. some are a fun mess and others are not, you decide.
entire plot is them never talking about things that obviously need to be addressed, especially given their past. back and forth with both of 'em thinking the other one hates the other, making wack assumptions, and misinterpreting actions. throw in a horribly unbalanced power dynamic between them that reinforces the miscommunication and fear of talking it out as well a glossing over of the past bullying issues between the couple because of ~love~ and its a big ol mess.
