I loooooved this! I really like ayakashi themes and this succeeded in making me feel like experienced another world as well. I love how they really complemented each other, with Souta who is severely overworked finally learning to take care of himself with Kihachi’s doting, and Kihachi gaining confidence in the uncertainties of their relationship with Souta’s reassurance. Kihachi ended up being a great seme despite at the start not seeming so, they have a healthy relationship where they can be e
Sooo beautiful! I loved this so much. So much emotion in the pain of a love between different worlds, kitsune x human. Ozaki was good friends with Seishirou whose grandson Kiyo he has come to be attached to. It’s so bittersweet, I loved Kiyo’s boldness in seeking Ozaki out and confessing and Kiyo’s painful reluctance to love again. Really great stuff! 10/10
Omg one of my favorite djs, this was so beautiful. Full of emotion, passion! I loooooved it, hit me right in the feels and the progression and lore were beautiful great 10/10
Wait a sec.... this manga was PERFECT? Omg i adore everything about this. First, the tags! Bondage which is fun in itself, but in a unique light where it’s the uke doing the tying up and he doesn’t have to be a dom or an S about it! Rui is such a wonderful character, he’s seductive but still responsible about how he goes about it, and his emphasis on consent multiple times in his work and private life!! And of course Natori is just precious. So strong yet so emotive, powerful yet not prideful, h
MY KOKORO IS BROKORO. Such lovely lovely short stories of the supernatural, love, life, and what comes after that! Lots of feelings especially with the first story, but all of them are so great. The gentle story telling and the richness of the characters is just amazing. These are all heart-wrenchingly beautiful and bittersweet stories and i’m in love with all of them. 10/10
Wow, this is FANTASTIC! An underrated masterpiece. I agree with everyone that Owen’s arc (3.1-3.3) was a bit lacking compared to the others because of Owen’s character, but the actual plot was great. This has the type of understated and slowly revealing storytelling that I adore. Reading it starts off a bit confusing, but the story unravels itself slowly and conservatively that by the end, you’ve only just realized how much you adore the characters. Really great world building and lore, and not
UTD38: wowowow! That was the best parting scene ever (steamy), so full of emotion and pain. One wasn’t relly likeable in the start with how he mixed his anger into his play and went beyond BDSM, but it got better as he realizes more things about himself and society. Still did some unforgivable things, but i love seeing the development! Shell is also super great, love how he’s willingly vulnerable and still so strong in what he believes in. Steamy stuff aside, i remember why I loved this so much
(Ignore repeat chapters 1-6B) Ahh wow... definitely my fave work from this mangaka... this was simply amazing! Gorgeous setting and even the side characters are really sweet and fun to read. But the main couple is WOW. Shuuichirou is just so sweet and resilient with all the hardships that he’s facing and was facing with Ten. And I just looove Ten’s quiet but compassionate and emotive personality. The plot was just rich and beautiful and heartbreaking, and the conflict between them definitely bro
Oh this was such an amazing read! A unique BL manga that’s more about its characters than it is about love. There’s so much depth to each person, and I thoroughly enjoyed the winding paths each took to the futures they wanted to create for themselves. I love the kind of unexpected ending couple and how they explore their uncertainties together. Also love that even though this manga features rape, it was handled really well and the two MLs actually took great actions to stop it! Mishima is great,
