I feel like I can relate to the mc, in the way he puts on a mask. He doesn't want other to hate him so he doesn't show his true self. In my life, I'm always agreeing with the majority and liking what others like and just going with the flow. I don't really have anything that I'm passionate about besides reading and listening to musicals occasionally.
