One of my favorite lists, yaoi kids do be very cute (very wholesome). Some included have smut between the love interests (no kids involved) but some are smut-free! Smut does not determine if it makes the list, only if they have kids from previous marriage, widowed, the classic "taking-care-of-my-sisters/brothers-kid-as-my-own" trope.
