Really lovely piece featuring a chef and a salaryman with homemade food as the backdrop! I love how so much meaning is embedded into the food curator for the other person - so heartwarming.
Quite an unique piece about a chef and a temperamental kid-like adult who lacks common sense and communication skills. It's rather frustrating at times when it comes to etiquette or manners that we understand and practice so easily so it's a wonder that his partner is so patient and he's even able to see his strengths beneath the surface. Love how they are able to learn from each other and grow. Really enjoyed how the characters aren't your usual run off the mill protagonists
A heavy piece about a man who's brushed past death and his encounter with a ghost who not only entered his life but his heart as well. It was a lot of additional feels accumulated on top of the already imminent departure of the ghost and the suspense surrounding the nature of the ghost, which made the piece a gripping tale. I enjoyed how the both of them encouraged each other's hearts and grow in spite of their circumstances.
I love this so much. I adore the historical backdrop, and I guess studying Literature and dreams of becoming a writer are notions I hold dearly to my heart and are sort of romanticised as well. I really love how the characters push boundaries, though there are several unfortunate collateral in the process. I'm happy that they've achieved the happiness they want for themselves. The art is gentle and gives an air of nostalgia as well
Student enrols into a special school with a mix of demons and humans and tries his best to make the best of out of his situation by forming a pact with a demon when he gets stabbed one evening. The art is fantastic and it's only been a few chapters and we've already encountered murderous intents, illegal drugs, and a whole saga of background stories that I can't wait to be uncovered. One of the most beautiful, amazing and action packed manga out there. This manga tells the tale of the world of angels and a particularly empowering one who's fearless and selfless in helping others. This is a joy to read time and time again.
Really stunning and beautiful art. This manga features a reincarnation of sorts where a war general finds himself in a land of goblins and demons and seemingly reunites with his past lover. Looking forward to season 2.
An adventure that I had to keep guessing till the very end. Our ML is a popular writer with cynical views of romance, which stems from his unrequited love for his best friend since childhood. He eventually chances upon a younger student who reminds him of his first love and is caught between his past and present desires.
A pretty simple and straightforward plot about childhood friends who have unrequited love for each other, only to be realised when one of them might transfer schools. I enjoy the art style and thought it complemented the innocence of the romance. Pity about the character used as a driving the plot/jealousy tool because he was really charming as well, only to disappear when the main characters confessed to each other. Not really much of a climax per se, but it's sweet and fluffy.
This is an adorable piece featuring a dating contract between a scaredy cat and a ghost, all held in the backdrop of an amusement park, more specifically the haunted house attraction. I was taken aback by the swell of emotions in the later chapters especially when the story had such a fluffy and funny start. A good read!
