it’s hard to find tops that are sweet and caring. it’s also difficult to find a story without rape, but hey, we got both. AND it’s the childhood friends to lovers trope, my FAVORITE & arguably the best type of trope . there’s a second couple, they were cute, but 1st couple>2nd couple, ngl.
i may be brain dead, but ik a good story when i see one, 9.7/10 (someone didn’t lightsaber this one :( )

this is SO GOOD WHAT??? the story is more focused on developing their feelings than sexy scenes. both of the characters are flawed, in ways that compliment each other. it’s more, how do i put this, realistic?

it’s super cute but there’s a lot of heartache, but that’s what makes it so good. 10/10 AND IT WAS CENSORED LETS GO. even better, a best friends to lovers story, UGH

hey, i subjected myself to another one that isn’t finish. because, yk, i hate myself apparently. ANYWAYS, this one is, a entire ride? i felt like i ate a 4-course meal and then went on a rollercoaster, literally what.

it’s the same trope as the ones previously, i really like reading them, okay? best friends to lovers, however, as the plot progresses there’s more than just rly steamy sex. i actually like the direction it’s going in, also rly possessive top, 9.2/10

i don’t remember much, it’s been a while. it was okay, there’s 2 couples in this one? one main one and a side one. i think, don’t quote me on that. ehhh like a 8.2/10?

THIS. i remember, this is when i started to fall in love with the best friends to lovers kind of cliche. its something else... i’ll tell you that much. the entire thing was just basically: “what did he just SAY???” and “oh, that’s hot”. that’s abt it, solid 9/10.

i really didn’t like this one. for one, HIS DAD?? SERIOUSLY? for two, the ending is just, bullshit. for three, what the fuck was that storyline.
4.5/10, the dad thing made me laugh, that’s abt the only good thing here.

so basically, i don’t think i have words to describe the sheer amount of pain this gave me. i’m, so sad? but like, not in a terrible way. in a melancholic kind of way. i want the love they have, it made me feel really lonely.
everything, from its pacing to the art, to the backstory and their everyday relationship problems and the misunderstandings, everything about this is a work of art. i’m still crying. please send help. 11/10, no debating. end of story.

i’ll come back after i’ve read it, i feel especially sad today.

update: my eyes hurt, i cried like a baby. as expected, i’m the sensitive type. it hurt, like really hurt. ive been scared to read it bcs of the psychological tag. i don’t regret it, the main couple goes until ch. 3, then it’s a new one. the first i found more interesting than the second, but both still where good, 8.9/10
