SHIT HITS THE FAN when Shizuka develops amnesia after suffering from head trauma and forgets about his relationship with his boyfriend, Yukihiko. Despite this, he manages to fall for him again. Have tissues ready at the beginning. And at the end for that matter.

If someone gave me a translation job, this is probably the closest thing I'd envision doing. (The April Fools' version of Chapter 1, I mean. It's gone though.)

It's a pretty typical, playboy ikemen get together kind of plot, but I have a fondness for those kinds of stories and the art is super gorgeous. Also nice smut. Why have sex with random girls when the only person who can match your sex drive is your best bro?

A gradually developing relationship, characters with depth, and actual glimpses of the characters' daily lives and relationships earns this an A+ from me.

Humans with the ability to control flesh puppets hook up with said flesh puppets. There's probably a better description out there somewhere.
(I keep forgetting to add this. Or maybe I have but perhaps I've forgotten that too. ??? It's just one of those 4 am nights.)

Guy hooks up with his sex friend and maintains a stable relationship until SHIT HITS THE FAN and he develops amnesia, ultimately forgetting the last 2 years of his life. He makes a pact with his (unbeknownst to him) boyfriend to refrain from revealing details about his own personal life so that he can piece it together himself. Denial ensues. The pace is a little slow but it's quite nice.
