Scheming, complex and utterly selfish characters, beautiful art and world building, and enough tension and passion to make anyone swoon. There's fantasy/historical elements, love triangles, and enough palace mysteries to keep you on your toes! Everyone has their own agenda and it's wonderful to see them clashing and making up and trying to see who will end up winning the upper hand.
Dark and dramatic body-swap manhwa with a strong, independent main character who doesn't follow the usual BS. One of my OG favs since I'm always a sucker for childhood friends and the love/hate relationship trope

Love that the author delves into difficult topics like toxic masculinity, chasing and giving up on childhood dreams all while finding love and support in unexpected places. Also the art is absolutely stunning!
Really funny historical drama about a present day CEO transported into his favorite webcomic as the "antagonist". The art is absolutely gorgeous and main character is always a riot! Also has my favorite enemies to lovers trope, especially when it's done so well

The characters have realistic concerns and obstacles in each of their relationships, but the author provides an uplifting, optimistic look that allows them to trust and love.
A reserved and repressed erotic painter meets sexual deviant aristocrat. Honestly, a pretty f*cked up relationship, but it's passionate and intense and such a guilty pleasure! Not for everyone, but the art is incredible and the storyline and premise are so intriguing that I keep wanting more.

Supernatural Manhua ft consent and healthy relationships, forbidden relationships, love/hate relationships, protective lovers, and beautiful art! The supernatural/fantasy premise is so intriguing with goblins, grim reapers, and demon kings and a set of unique underworld rules and politics. The author also delves into difficult topics like depression and loneliness and doesn't offer any easy "fixes" for these issues. Also ft a main couple of a BL webcomic actually having healthy conversations!
Another f*cked up historical drama about an obsessive love. The main character vows to forget his obsessive lover only to be reincarnated and meet him again. This manhwa is dark and twisted. I love the themes of karma and guilt that plague the main character. It will interesting to see where this manhwa will go and whether it will be about healing or another cycle of abuse
