Hitoshi Arai is just an average college student with a mediocre life. One night on his way home from his part-time job, Hitoshi accidentally bumps his bag of groceries into a car. He immediately inspects the car to see if he left any scratches but is then surprised when the trunk of the car pries itself open, revealing an intimidating figure of a man who proceeds to take advantage of Hitoshi by letting him stay at his home. Intimidated and scared, Hitoshi does what the man wants.

Kim Euihyun has decided he doesn’t want to live. He feels nothing anymore. He has no future to look forward to. Now, he’s looking into the abyss, holding in his arms the only thing that was keeping him alive. It’ll all be over soon. But someone grabs him from the water’s edge, and pulls him from the darkness. Euihyun, whose sole possession is a mountain of debt, has been rescued by Taeju. Now Taeju has offered Euihyun money, a house, and a job to help him out of his mess.

Two beauticians work in the same beauty salon but do not get along with each other. Shoukichi is unsocial and often disliked by his customers as he doesn't really talk. Fukusuke is great with getting along with his customers and skilled at making them feel at ease, however, he says harsh things to Shoukichi and seems to enjoy making him mad. Things start to change when Fukusuke comes to the rescue of a rather sticky situation. Slowly something starts to grow between them.
