The title is Brothers but this manga does not contain incest. The brothers are step brothers from their parents second marriage, both characters were older when they met for the first time and didn't even grow up together. A sequel/Spin-off containing more of the ''Brothers'' story and a secondary couple can be found in "Brothers Plus."
